Vacuum bags maximize all flavors.
The vacuum cooking technique maximizes all flavors. Simply seal the selected ingredients in a vacuum and chemical processes take place between the natural flavors and nutrients that air cannot access. It can be used to prepare meals at up to 120°C for a maximum of 1 hour, or to store them down to -40°C.
Dimensions: 25 + 25 bags in a package, 2 sizes - 30 x 20 cm and 35 x 25 cm. It is used together with AEG MaxiKlasse™ steam ovens with a vacuum cooking program.
